Man allegedly sold marijuana out of Third St. apartment | News, Sports, Jobs

City police allegedly found 20-40 pounds of marijuana in various forms in the apartment of Christopher Atwood, 39, of 298 Grove Ave., Montrose, Pennsylvania, after executing a warrant in 2020.

City police allegedly attempted to contact Atwood, but the man allegedly fled, according to city police officer Clint Gardner.

Although Atwood lives in Montrose, the apartment he allegedly dealt out of was 38 W. Third St. Aug. 25 of 2020, Gardner said.

Police also recovered $3,600 in cash at the apartment.

District Judge Aaron Biichle arraigned Atwood for possession with intent to deliver and manufacture of a controlled substance. Biichle released Atwood on $50,000 bail.
